Samsung vs. Apple: the peace treaty soon?
After the 90 day period given by the court to the two companies to agree and after a further complaint by Samsung for violation of 8 additional patents, it seems that war between the two companies is about to stop or at least we hope so. Tim Cook, CEO of Apple and Gee Sung , CEO of Samsung, will meet and sit at the table to resolve the issue once and for all.
The date chosen by the two leading representatives of the companies Apple and Samsung is May 21, 2012, the day when you finally find a chord to resolve the issue peacefully, in the best way. For those who do not know and believe that they are few, Apple started this war, with Samsung to court for patent infringement on the lockscreen, the home button, the design of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and so on forth.
The second broken Apple patents are many and varied at the house of Cupertino had the best of Samsung in the U.S., Germany and even in Australia but apparently Samsung does not give up, the series "You have won the battle but war is not over. " In a year about both Apple and Samsung have spent more time in court than elsewhere.
Apple claims to have registered for the first patent on the type of unlocking the screen, the design of the home button, zoom in photo and so so, but Samsung claims to be in possession of some patents that Apple has used without permission. In your opinion, who of the 2 companies is right and why?
Please note that Apple currently has faced other causes such as the one against Kodak.
