Apple vs. Motorola: The End of War

Today, we received the news that the International Trade Commission, said thatMotorola did not infringe any patents Apple , due to both ends here.
The Board notes, consisting of six members, said that there is no infringement of patents from Motorola , the process started one year and a half ago then concludes in favor of Motorola . Apple back in October of 2010, accusingMotorola of 3 breaking patents on multitouch.
Although even then Motorola was declared innocent, Apple insisted and continued his legal action against the rival company recently acquired by Google . Apparently the lesson he is not served, the famous house of Cupertino has decided to apply directly to federal court.
Please note also that recently suit against Samsung was closed because the evidence presented to the court are not eligible. What will come of the battle between Apple and Motorola ? As the saying goes, for now Motorola has won the war but the battle is still open.
